SOUND INSULATION
To solve the issues of noise and vibration reduction, our company has released a unique sound insulation product, namely:
BRONYA SOUND BARRIER – ultrathin sound insulation coating. The material can be used for sound insulation of enclosing structures of buildings, it reduces the noise produced by railway wagons, ventilation ducts, motor vehicles and other equipment.
BRONYA STOP NOISE – vibroacoustic coating/mastic. It is intended for filling seams, joints, cracks, holes, construction defects and undamped connections in sound-insulating structures, and at the same time for leveling internal and external surfaces made of concrete, brick, cement-lime plasters, gypsum blocks and slabs, aerated concrete and foam concrete, etc.
BRONYA SOUND INSULATION has good adhesion to almost all known materials, as well as low Newtonian fluidity, so there is practically no “sliding” effect when applied to vertical surfaces.

BRONYA SOUND INSULATION contains a unique component – aerogel powder with closed combined hollow cavities, so that the material:
- Easy to apply;
- It is mechanically mixed quickly;
- The thickness of the layer at a time is up to 1 mm.

We have two schemes for the use of BRONYA SOUND INSULATION:
- A less effective but simpler way: Apply 1.5-2 mm BRONYA SOUND BARRIER to solid plywood or drywall sheet and immediately attach it to the wall, ceiling or floor (depending on what is the source of noise). From above, the structure can be processed with any decorative and finishing materials.
- The following scheme is more effective: Apply 1.5-2 mm BRONYA SOUND BARRIER to solid plywood or a sheet of drywall and attach a sheet of plywood or a sheet of drywall, and already glue this structure to the wall, ceiling or floor (depending on what is the source of noise). From above, the structure can be processed with any decorative and finishing materials.
The use of the above schemes is the most effective application of BRONYA SOUND INSULATION, as well as more budget-friendly compared to any other vibroacoustic systems.
